Intertextuality Example

Disaster Movie (2007)

An american spoof about a group of young adults bombarded with a series of natural disasters whilst mimicking the acts, scenes and characters from the film and music industry such as Batman, Juno, Miley Cyrus and Alvin and The Chipmunks. The film contains a lot of intertextuality but weren't precisely using the techniques of the film as influence to create a more established film, just merely to use as comedy ideally exaggerating a characters persona.
